Clauz · Legal
Privacy
Clauz reads your document in memory to produce a review, then discards it. No accounts, no storage, no training on your content. Here’s exactly what that means.
§ 1What Clauz is
Clauz is a free demonstration built by Moonraker Labs. There are no accounts, no sign-up, and no payment. You can use it without giving us any personal information.
§ 2Your documents
When you upload or drop in a file, its text is read in memory only to generate your review. The file is discarded as soon as the review is produced. We do not write your file to a database and we keep no server-side copy of it. Scanned files and images are read the same way, in memory, to extract their text.
§ 3Your results
Your review exists only in your browser session. It is not saved to an account or history, and it disappears when you close the tab. If you export a PDF, that copy lives only on your device.
§ 4AI processing
To produce the review, the document’s text (and, for images, the image) is sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) to OpenAI’s API, which performs the analysis. OpenAI’s API is configured so that this content is not used to train models. Aside from this processing, your content is not shared with anyone.
§ 5Technical data
We may process limited technical information (such as your IP address) only to keep the service running and to prevent abuse, for example basic rate-limiting. We do not use it to build a profile of you, and we do not sell it.
§ 6What not to upload
Please don’t upload documents you don’t have the right to share, or anything you wouldn’t want processed by a third-party AI service. You are responsible for the files you submit.
§ 7Changes & contact
This is a demo and may change. Questions about privacy: hello@moonrakerlabs.com. Clauz is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice (see Terms).
