Clauz is an automated, AI-generated tool that summarizes and flags potential issues in documents. It is NOT a law firm, it does NOT provide legal advice, and using it does NOT create an attorney-client relationship. The output is for general informational purposes only. For any decision that matters, consult a licensed attorney.

Clauz is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. AI analysis can be incomplete or wrong, can miss important terms, and can misread a document. Do not rely on it as your only review of any agreement. You use it at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moonraker Labs is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of Clauz or your reliance on its output, including any decision made or not made about a contract.

Use Clauz only for lawful purposes and only with documents you have the right to submit. Don’t attempt to overload, disrupt, scrape, or misuse the service. As a demo, it may be unavailable, change, or be withdrawn at any time without notice.

Moonraker Labs owns Clauz, its design, and its code. You keep all rights to the documents and content you submit.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
